Beth Beattie, LL.B, LL.M is an experienced lawyer and mediator. After spending a number of years as a civil and family lawyer, Beth saw the numerous failings of the court system including the imposition of unfavourable court orders and the considerable expense of traditional adversarial proceedings. She went on to obtain a Masters of Law in alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"). She is an experienced mediator in the realm of family, civil and inter-organizational disputes. She has hundreds of hours of teaching experience in the field of ADR including courses in mediation and conflict resolution, effective communication and resolving complex, multi-party disputes.
